A self-published author and keynote speaker, Liz wrote her book last year to share an open and honest account of living with bipolar disorder, building resilience, and offering support and hope to others. She believes that we can and will recover with the right support network and therapy no matter our challenges. Liz is highly passionate about mental health and well-being and is the CEO and founder of the charity Heads2minds. Liz is an Essex NHS Partnership Trust consultant and an NHS Governor. Having come from a Corporate background, Liz now loves running her charity, working in partnership with other organisations, schools and charities to make a difference in the world and create a ripple effect to enable people to find their voice and feel supported in whatever they want to achieve.
