Mental Health First Aid Refresher Training Course

This course is to refresh your knowledge, awareness and confidence in Mental Health First Aid. As a certified MHFA you are required to refresh your training every three years to maintain relevance and support within your community, workplace and life.

Held online, the MHFA Refresher course takes four hours to complete and will enable learners to:

• Keep their knowledge, awareness, and skills of mental health support current

• Update their knowledge of mental health and what influences it

• Practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan

Once you have completed your MHFA Refresher course, you will be certified for three years and will be invited to become or stay a member of our Association of Mental Health First Aiders – making sure you have everything you need to feel confident when supporting others. ​
